Linda Yeomans

I have nearly 30 years’ experience as an Organisational Psychologist & Management Consultant. I was the Principal Consultant of a boutique consulting firm for over 10 years and have led teams in a fast-paced environment. I have delivered over 1000 hours of coaching over the past 7 years particularly focussing on Leadership Development, 360 feedback and career goal setting. I have delivered coaching to Managers in telcos and financial institutions. I was also on a panel coaching public sector Senior Executives under a specialised ‘High Potential Leaders’ program in 2015-2016.  I am very familiar with multi-layered business contexts. In recent years I have been coaching Early Career Consultants. My main approach is to partner with you to work to your strengths, uncover any blind spots, and maximise your leadership potential.

A typical coaching engagement might focus on: enhancing personal impact, managing team performance, creating positive learning cultures in teams, ‘managing up’, career development planning. I have personally coached over 250 candidates mostly at senior levels (General Manager and above) from Public sector, private service industries, telcos, and financial companies. I have a depth of understanding about a wide range of business roles and am well versed with reporting practices and stakeholder management.

My strong commercial acumen has been built from running my own consulting firm for over 15 years. I employed 4 professional staff and was responsible for building business relationships, service delivery and staff development and performance management. I have also spent the past 9 years working in a higher education institute guiding and mentoring students and early career professionals.

Renee Lockwood

I am a professional leadership, performance, and development coach. I have a PhD and MSc (Coaching Psychology) from Sydney University, and am committed to using only evidenced-based approaches with my clients. I have published widely on a broad range of topics and am continually abreast of and engaged in research in the coaching field and beyond. However, I operate with the belief that we need spontaneity and playfulness within the coaching space. Genuine connection occurs between me and my clients due to my openness and flexibility. Coaching produces new solutions and allows profound perspectives to emerge. Because I have over fifteen years under my belt in adult development and education, I am equipped with the tools and techniques to help bring about this meaningful collaboration. Having worked in many fields (academia, tertiary education, editing, coaching, seminar facilitation, and professional mediation, to name a few), I understand first-hand the mechanics of shifting careers. As the new economy increasingly demands no less, having support structures (such as coaching) to deal with this new reality is becoming increasingly important.

I have found that my background in philosophy and the Arts has allowed me to bring innovative and distinct perspectives to business and workplace situations, and I enjoy helping people to ask new questions – of themselves and of the world outside the corporate space. Fostering curiosity and critical thinking, particularly during periods of uncertainty, is paramount in both my own life and my coaching practice.

I enjoy working with people in all stages of their lives and careers and have a well-tested tool kit at the ready to help my clients navigate through times of transition.

Tim Sprague

Hi I’m Tim. I’m a qualified psychologist, teacher and executive coach for over 4 years. Previously I was the HR director in a couple of large organisations. My strength is developmental coaching: helping people build higher and broader skill sets, moving leaders to develop more flexible and sophisticated thinking and developing effective leadership and influence styles.

I help people identify their capabilities and strengths, and develop goals. I create a safe environment to explore new perspectives and ways of seeing the world and try new behaviours. This can often involve specific skills-based assistance to develop new ways of acting or working. For example, developing influence or change leadership skills. Sometimes it also involves using behavioural techniques to identify unhelpful thinking and remove barriers and blockages to adopting the new behaviours. My practice is evidence-based – selecting the tools, models and techniques that research proves work.

I also work with people to clarify career goals and develop career plans. Helping identify what they want from carreer, life and their values and developing the skills to get there.

I coach leaders across a range of industries in the public, private and for purpose sectors. We have fun, but we do real work. Practicing new techniques, reflecting and reworking until you can confidently use your new skills as part of your toolkit.
